Privacy Policy for FitProgressor
Last updated: May 28, 2026
FitProgressor is a body progress photo tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Information You Create in the App
FitProgressor lets you create fotosets, take progress photos, add weight and notes, and export progress animations.
Your photos, fotosets, weight entries, comments, and photo metadata are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them. FitProgressor does not require an account and does not upload your photos to our own servers.
If you share a photo, GIF, AVI, MP4, or other exported file using your device's share sheet, the selected receiving app or service will process that content according to its own privacy policy.
Permissions
FitProgressor may ask for the following permissions:
- Camera: to take progress photos.
- Photos or media access: to save, export, manage, or share photos and animations, depending on platform requirements.
- Storage or media permissions on Android: to support photo handling on supported Android versions.
You can change app permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the permissions they require.
Advertising
FitProgressor shows ads using Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
On iOS, FitProgressor does not use App Tracking Transparency, does not access IDFA, and does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Ads are served as non-personalized, contextual, or limited ads where supported. Google Mobile Ads may process technical information needed to deliver, measure, limit, and improve ads, such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device/app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data.
You can learn more about how Google uses data here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Tracking
FitProgressor does not track users across apps or websites.
We do not link data collected from FitProgressor with third-party data for advertising tracking purposes, and we do not share collected data with data brokers.
On iOS, no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown because the app does not perform tracking and does not access IDFA.
In-App Analytics and Crash Reporting
FitProgressor may use Firebase Analytics for product analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics and crash reporting.
Firebase Analytics is used only to understand app behavior and improve the product. Crashlytics is used only to diagnose crashes and reliability issues. Firebase is not used to upload, access, or inspect your personal progress photos, fotosets, weight entries, comments, or exported media.
Firebase Analytics is not used for advertising tracking.
Website Analytics
KaBoom Software website pages, including the FitProgressor product landing page, may use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, product page visits, scroll depth, section views, and app store link clicks.
Website analytics are separate from the FitProgressor app and are used to improve product pages, search visibility, and support information. They do not upload or inspect your personal progress photos, fotosets, weight entries, comments, or exported media.
Local Data and Deletion
Most FitProgressor content is stored locally on your device.
You can delete fotosets or photos inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings. Files you previously exported or shared may remain in the apps or locations where you saved or sent them.
Third-Party Services
FitProgressor may use third-party services, including:
- Google AdMob for advertising.
- Firebase Analytics for product analytics, where included.
- Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics and crash reporting, where included.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Children's Privacy
FitProgressor is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no app, device, or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International Processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their own privacy and data protection practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
